Crystal Suh started sewing casually since she was 6, and started making fiber art since 2007, though it was more pop and less art at the time. She primarily creates meticulously hand-stitched soft sculpture but her work also extends to metal, paper, photography and most recently, clay.

Some of her favorite artists include: Edward Gorey, Tim Burton, Joel Peter-Witkin, Mark Ryden
